ImageUtils.SubArea Represent an SubArea by 2 coordiantes (TopLeft, BottomRight). The x/y of coordinate can be number or a percentage-number, number means absolute coordinate, percentage-number means relative width/height. This SubArea is used to get a sub Rectangle from a Rectangle.
